I paid for the full version of NoteBurner, followed the instructions and changed the burner disk to Noteburner. I backed everything up....but I don't see any of my music in the Noteburner software. Can you help? EDITOR'S NOTE: I think the correct method is to use iTunes to "burn" to the Noteburner virtual drive, then look in the output folder (D: or E: for example) for the converted files. |

More details: I backed up my entire iTunes library to the virtual CD created by NoteBurner. However, I don't see it now in the Noteburner Software. Can you help? I backed it up twice thinking I had made an error....but still don't see it in the folder. |

Ok, I figured out how to change the "Burn MP3 CD" button to read "Burn CD". I'm trying it again. |

so i went into my properties and changed it to mp3 just like you said, and right clicked on 2 songs i JUST purchased from itunes, and presto. 2 identical files in mp3 format with album art and correct id3v2 tagging, no errors... hmmm. EDITOR'S NOTE: Apple now offers some songs in iTunes Plus format, which is DRM-free. See http://askbobrankin.com/drmfree_music.html |

Okay so I'm trying to make ring tones for my samsung phone, and I spliced a song in garage band and sent it to itunes, however when I right click on it to "format to mp3" it simply makes another copy of it but it MPEG format. Why would it give me the option to convert to mp3 if its just going to give me an MPEG? EDITOR'S NOTE: A file with .MPG or .MPEG extension would be a video format. But MP3 actually stands for MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3, which is an audio format. Is the file extension .MP3? |

what you can do is get audacity, record the itune playing through the soundcard then export it as an mp3. takes a while to do a whole music collection though, best for just certain songs u want on your phone or whatever |

Hi, I am trying to burn the music that i want off of my library on itunes to a CD... but I put the CD into my laptop and itunes tells me to burn a disk. I pick a playlist and then click burn... but after about a minute it tells me there is an error. What can I do? EDITOR'S NOTE: If you don't tell me what kind of error message, then it's hard to guess at the problem... |
