Hi. I found a Christmas layout that I really like and I was messing around with the HTML code because the text in the General, Music, Movies, etc doesn't show up...it is a black background with black text I think. Anyway...now I am just curious. How do I make small modifications like that to an HTML code?

EDITOR'S NOTE: Look for the color code - it will say "black" or "000000" - and change it to something else.

How do i make my background bigger? it keeps on repeating, & i don't want it like that. help?

EDITOR'S NOTE: Select the "Don't repeat" option in the Myspace Profile Editor, or edit the image with IrfanView (or your favorite image editor) and resize it.

oh, & also. how do i make it so that the background doesn't stay still? i want it to move while scrolling.

EDITOR'S NOTE: That's another option in the Profile Editor. Click the Background Image tab and poke around.

Hello, question how do you put a layout up on myspace when your page is private. In other words if someone comes to my page and is not my friend how do I make my private page more enjoyable to look at besides just bieng plain and white?

EDITOR'S NOTE: I'm pretty sure that background images on your profile will still display for non-friends, if the profile is private.

Many private pages have a layout on that page that says it's private. I haven't figured out how to make my background show on that page.

Ok, so after some looking into things and seeing some people with a bkgd showing on private and others that just cant get it to work...

I'm guessing if you have 'certain codes' within your html/css layout [dont know which codes are causing this]... that your bkgd will NOT show if you have the page private and are viewing as a non friend!

I'm a SAHM to a 1 yr old, I don't have the time to play cause and effect with the coding now a days...

If anyone is bored or determined enough to figure this out - post it!
