My problem is that my CPU is only 1.3GHz. I downloaded a m4v file from itunes (I didn't know Quicktime requires 2.x GHz). I would like to get this music video to my zune. I can't use tunebite as I can't play it, which means tunebite can't record it. Is there a way to convert it or remove protection without viewing it? please help. Thanks. EDITOR'S NOTE: Maybe an older version of Quicktime, or a friend could help. |

can you tell me how i can copy of downloaded videos saved on my computer, to dvd ond watch them on the tele with my dvd player instead of having to acess my computer all the time to watch them. EDITOR'S NOTE: If your computer has a DVD burner and burning software, it should guide you through the process. If you don't have the software, check out Nero Burning or Roxio. |

I purchased Tunebite Platinum +MPEG4, but my videos are converted to mp3s instead of to the selected video format. I use several high end graphics programs for my job, so I have a core 2 duo processor, 4 gigs of ram, and I even have 256k of dedicated ram on the video card of my home computer. Needless to say I am not very happy with Tunebite because I bought Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends for my daughter but she can only watch them on my computer, so this is quite an inconvenience for me. Pretty soon I am going to have to go wig shopping, because this has me pulling out my hair!! |

Tunebite sucks! The video is choppy and the sound is even worse. EDITOR'S NOTE: It depends on your hardware. Some people have excellent results. Others, not so good. |

As pe Aitikin's question on 15 Feb - are you aware of any Mac OSX solution? As far as I can tell, there is no OSX version of Tunebite, I don't have an Intel Mac, and I don't have access to a Windows PC. Thanks for any pointers. |

Sadly i have had the same issue as other posters who have purchased itunes videos hoping to be able to watch them on my big screen. and the only actual solution that i have been able t find is to use a apple tv which is an expensive option but supposably it will also be a hard drive too at least thats what my 'kind' friends at apple have told me |

I use converter TuneCab for converting any kind of audio and video data to commonly used formats such as MP3, AAC, WAV audio, MPEG4, DivX movie and even ripping Youtube video.http://www.tunecab.com/ |

Mac OS X has a number of solutions, unfortunately none of them are "elegant". If you are simply trying to view the video AND you have a video iPod, then there are a number of cable options (both Apple and non-Apple) for the iPod. These range from $19 up to around $59, and include Composite video, S-Video and Component Video. I have used some of these cables in the past to capture video and convert it by connecting to an Analog to Digital convertor and capturing the output in iMovie, and then using various utilities to convert the DV to other formats. Many miniDV cameras have this option built-in. Lastly, there are a number of screen capture utilities for OS X, freeware, shareware and commercial that can convert on the fly as you play the video. I haven't had a lot of luck with them — but your mileage may vary (see comments about TuneBite). Check out the page http://www.pure-mac.com/screen.html Lastly, DON'T STEAL — use these techniques to enjoy your videos under Fair Use, don't share them with the world. |

TuneCab (a.k.a. SoundTaxi) requires you to shut off anti-virus protection! I was immediately attacked shorty after installing this - it is a hoax! EDITOR'S NOTE: I'm sure it was a coincidence. What exactly do you mean by attacked? |
