well i got on myspace one day and it said i had to change my password because it was hacked. so i did but i forgot the password and my account email adress is very old. i could care less about getting the password back as long as uo can give me all the codes in on my edit page. "my page is also blocked" i also know how to snatch backgrounds but i personally made mine. please help

I have not been on myspace for a year and a half now. It was brought to my attention the other day that I "supposedly" was on one of our friends top friends. My bestfriend asked me why didn't you tell me you signed back up on myspace, and I told her I didn't. To make a long story short someone stole pictures of me and my friends from their pages copy and pasted my "about me" from another webstie and created a profile with my name impersonating me. They are requesting all my friends, and its not ME! How can you get their account deleted if you aren't even on myspace? Help please.

After reading this article I was overjoyed so I sent the myspace staff a message with a link to a homepage I created which had a salute on it. I also explained my situation in detail. So two days later they sent me an e-mail with a link to the password retriever i replied telling them that that did not help because my Log in email was fake and I again sent a link to the homepage. Then they replied another 2 days later and the email had an attachment saying how to retrieve my password with my password retriever but the was also something on it that said attach a salute and give a new email and password and we will change it to that. So I replied and did what they asked, but now it's over 2 weeks later and I haven't heard back from them. I've sent the reply 3 times to make sure it's been sent out but they still haven't replied.

This has been an ongoing process for me as well. I have sent numerous emails explaining the situation with salutes, but to no avail. I would much rather pay a small fee than to have to deal with this BS. You never know how much you rely on something till it's stripped away. Been out of touch with long distance friends for over a month now.
