EDITOR'S NOTE: It does seem very unlikely, but did you try to copy and paste that entire string into the password field when logging in? More likely, it was a glitch in the Myspace password retrieval process. My only advice is to keep on trying, sorry.

Hello, my name is Vanessa. I am posting a comment up here because when my cousin Rachel, made my myspace account, she did not use my real email address. On April 29, 2007, I had decided to change my password because I believed someone was logging into my account. But then I had forgotten my password! That was the worst thing because if I pressed FORGOT PASSWORD, then it would send the password to the wrong address. Another thing is that I have sent like 6 or 7 messages to Myspace Help, but they have never replied back to me. I even included all the details and a salute, but they still havent responded back to me! Help me! What can I do to get my password back? =[

My account recently has been phished and they tell me to change my password but they locked the whole account so I really cant change anything! My question is will doing the Salute technique work on them unlocking my account and me and or them changing my password?

Hi, I tried to change my e-mail and everything went fine. I got the e-mail verification thing and when i clicked on the link to go back to myspace it said"you must be logged in to do that." so i tried to log in with my new e-mail and it would not let me,then i tried with my old one and it would not let me. i used the same password with both. so i thought "maybe the closed my profile" but when i hit surch and type in my e-mail (all_bout_diamond@yahoo.com) i see that my profile is still there even though its private so i said okay i'll click..forgot password but when i type in my new e-mail it says no such e-mail so i typed in my old one and it says the same thing please help me!
