I buy it and works perfectly good except the pay per view chanels that they are trcked by the fbi and i was under arrest 25 hours so buy it. EDITOR'S NOTE: Sounds like a great plan... spend $40 needlessly, then spend 25 hours in jail. Why didn't I think of that? |

Thank you Bob, all you say is true!! Whay they offer is TVU, which is a decent web site and u could get Spike TV, Sci-fi channel and others and decent quality but it is FREE!! Just go to their website like they direct to (after u pay) and dwld gor free. wake up people and do a little search (work) and find everything they sell like this on the web for free!! Oh yea for the guy above who purchased Digital TV , search google for it like I did and you will see that it is a total free dwld and you can even dwld a player from them if u want. Bob keep up the good work, and for the people who insist on buying it, well like they say "A sucker is born everyday", |

The whole idea of being able to get "free" TV on my PC, which I soon began to think...I could even buy a PC to TV "cable", (whatever they call that), and before long I was having visions of having the best TV system (for free) in the entire state of Kansas. (Yes, we do have electric). |

Bob, What a delight to find the truth. THANKYOU. You have saved me some money. What my question is, is there any system available whereby I can actually pay to view pay tv on my p.c.? Can I buy a dish and encoder, pay by the month (?) and view. Not a stupid question, but a futile search has led me to seeking your help in being able to watch English (American) television in Viet Nam. Where I live, Ha Noi, there is no cable available near my building and I can't seem to find a satellite supplier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. EDITOR'S NOTE: It sounds like satellite is your best hope. Maybe you could contact a satellite provider in the US and ask them if it's possible. |

Although i am wary of these free tv sites and apps too, i did stumble across some great sites last night when looking for the Australia vs Bahrain football match. Check out myp2p.eu for a list of links of live sport. Although in the states you guys will probably get most of this in primetime and free to air, its a bit difficult in Australia if you are a fan of Major LEague or NFL or Soccer or Rugby Union. MyP2p saved me from signing on to another expensive cable subscription. Check it out - some links to live sport are via mediaplayer and others are via streaming applications like UUsee and SopCast. SopCast i found really choppy (could be my link) but UUsee came through with the goods for the soccer last night. I plugged my laptop into my TV and sat back and watched the game live via a Japanese network. It was massive! I highly recommend doing research before buying anything like the $40 Sat to PC servrices,a s there are plenty of free alternatives around it seems. Enjoy! |
