This is not rocket science, what is going on with facebook?
I tried to reset my password about 4 months ago I sent dozens of daily emails sometimes 2 or 3 a day! After about 2 weeks of constant emails I got bored! For the last couple of weeks I have been emailing them every day, I did get a response it was an email requesting a reply to confirm my email address. I replied to the email and then nothing.
I'm so wound up by facebook they are absolutely rubbish. They can't even get something as simple as changing a forgotten password sorted in four months. In a word incompetent buffoons.

My situations abit different for some reason my password stopped working afew days after i changed it because everyone says your spose to regularly. So i figured maybe i put in the wrong one which i hadnt so went through the prompts to change it got into my page but now every time i try to log in i have to go through this whole process over and over because it wont regignise any new passwords i set on initial log in. Any ideas.

I am deaf. Its same the way of problem my password. Also I having sk Lx and try to click my reset my password and I don't see any type email for confirm to reset my password. There is nothing " email type " just login and password.. I'm getting stress and come on! Fix this!

im getting an odd problem, i have not changed my password at all and found that it suddenly just stopped working. I tried to "reset" the password and have that confirmation email sent to my hotmail. I must have sent myself about 20 requests but have still had no email about my password reset..! Its taking too long and its been about a week! Any suggestions?

EDITOR'S NOTE: Hotmail is probably sending the msgs from Facebook to your spam/junk folder, or just tossing them silently. Bad Hotmail.

I recently created my Facebook account, got the confirmation email, built a network and some photo albums, then could not log in again. Password reset messages do not arrive (and it is *my* mail server, so I know that they're not even trying). You can read the whole story at http://objex.com/blog.

EDITOR'S NOTE: I don't doubt you... I've been seeing a flood of messages from people complaining about the same thing. Password suddenly not working... cannot get the retrieval to work either. Either Facebook has a problem, or there's an account stealing epidemic, possibly related to a virus.

i cannot login anymore even though i'm sure my password is correct. i have requested a password-reset like a dozen times but i don't get the email. and no, it's not in my junk folder either. i actually still get notifications so the email address has to be correct.
in the last two weeks i sent them two polite support emails explaining the situation and got an automatic reply, which i confirmed. then nothing.
i already have messages waiting from people i haven't seen in ages. i cannot even answer now. i really didn't expect facebook to be crap like that. idiots.

I want my original password sent to my email because ive forgot it but I want that one is it posible to get it?
