I saw someone's myspace that had thier picture and their blog site right beside it. It didn't say private but all you could access was thier pictures. How do I do this?

How do you hide your location, and last login but still showing your headline? I've seen some profiles like that.

Public (anyone can read your post), Diary (only you can read your post, Friends (only "Friends" can read your post) or Preferred List (only those on your Preferred List can read your post).

Hi - You have actually already been asked this question but i didn't understand you're reply. Perhaps i'm slow but please humor as this has bugged me for ages. I bassically want to set a 'music' profile to private. It can't be done through 'account' settings like as done in 'standard' profiles, however i thought there might be a code based alternative? thanks

Hi, I'm 15 and my profile is automatically set to private for non-myspacers and those over 18. Is there any way I can change this? It's really annoying me! My boyfriend doesn't have a myspace so he can never see any of the stuff I want to show him on my profile etc. I have changed my age to 16 to solve the problem, but it's annoying having to lie about my age. Is there any other way around it?

I want to block people from being able to click on my friends page and it takes you directly to their page. I was on a page like that & every time I clicked on their page it took them back to the my space main page, do you know how to do this?

Hello, I was getting to know a girl from myspace and everything was going great. I had called her several times and even met her once. However, I haven't heard from her for 5 days. I've thought what I could have done but I don't see anything that would have caused her to cut me off (obviously there are things which would make someone do this, but I did nothing). My question is when a person blocks you on myspace, can the blocked user see 'last login' date? Also, is the IP address blocked or is only the account blocked?

EDITOR'S NOTE: YES, when I look at private profiles, they still show the last login date. Blocking is not by IP, it's per account.

OK, I'm 28 years old and everytime I goto change my privacy settings to 18 and up only, I'm getting the settings for a user UNDER 18, like: My Friends Only / Public / Only Users Under 18. I didn't change my age so what's going on???

EDITOR'S NOTE: My friend's profile shows an age of 17. He changed it to 27, but the privacy settings still showed the "under 18" options you listed above. He logged out and then logged back in. After that, the "over 18" setttings (My Friends Only / Public / Only Users Over 18) were showing. Perhaps that's your problem too.

if you use a nifty code to hide your details, status, orientation, etc....you wont be findable in random searches. it is possible to view anyones friends list, even private profiles, with just a url hack.
