The Belief Project must not work in Wisconsin. Every time my daughter buys a new phone she has to sign another contract. She just lost her phone and US Cellular wanted big money for a replacement so she had to dig out a retired phone to avoid the cost. Doesn't sound as friendly to me as the Belief Project. She's been with them at least 10 years, maybe more.
