Sharing Browser Favorites
When I installed Firefox I was able to transfer favourites from Internet Explorer. I still use both browsers, so now that I have added more bookmarks to Firefox is it possible to share or transfer them to Internet Explorer?
Transferring your Firefox bookmarks to Internet Explorer is pretty easy. Open Explorer, click on File / Import and Export, then press Next to start the Wizard. Choose Import Favorites, then Import from a File or Address. Navigate to the folder where the Firefox bookmarks reside. On my computer, this is C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\defaults\profiles. Select the bookmarks.html file and continue with the Wizard.
However, this is going to get pretty tedious. If you use both browsers on a regular basis, you could soon be importing bookmarks as a full-time job. Here are some websites that offer more convenient solutions for sharing and synchronizing for bookmarks:

Del.icio.us

If you have your own website then, by using the bookmark managers, turn your links into a HTML page then upload to your website. You can do this every day very fast and the new bookmarks HTML page will automatically over-write the previous one when you upload it to your website. I do this and I like having a separate back-up which is not on my computer or on a disk.
