Dear Bob, I've been locked out of my FB account and i followed your instructions and got stuck when it came to the security question as I've no access to my email address as well.. Please help me out. I really cant remember my security question.

I had a face book account and can not remember my password. I have a head injury and have short term memory lose. I have a new e-mail account also no access to old one. I do not remember security question and no picture. I also do not remember phone number on that account. It has been awhile to since I started that facebook account but I do have a friend on my facebook and her name is Michelle Childers. Can you help me please get in to my face book account?

Hey bob my friend has 2 facebooks and he wants to delete the old one but he forgot the password and I try to help him recover it but he has his old cellphone number wich he doesn't have no more. and after i put no longer have access to this they want me to fill the form but also they want me to send a picture of his ID.. I have never seen that before.. is there another way to do it all he wants it to delate it.. or do you know if it will close by it self sence he doesn't use it no more?
