I live in a retirement community and am the "go to" guy for computer problem solving. I carry a flash drive with me loaded with programs that you have recommended, and together with some of your essential tips and tricks that I have printed out in a 3 ring binder, you and I have been solving everyday computer problems for the past 10 years. Residents here think I'm great . . if they only knew.

Wishing you the happiest of New Years! Thank you for the great articles you have shared with all of us over the years. I have most of them saved in my archives in case I need them some day--and I have!

I have been following you from the days of Tourbus!
